• Practitioner Information: Full name, email address, contact number, securely encrypted password, and security answer for account creation and recovery.
• Children’s Information: Child’s name (securely encrypted and accessible only by the practitioner who created the record), system-generated Child ID, age group (Babies, Toddlers, Pre-Grade), and developmental milestones stored securely.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Manage and authenticate practitioner accounts.
• Maintain and display children’s profiles and ELDA-based assessments.
• Provide system features, such as progress tracking and reporting.
• Communicate updates or account-related information.

We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes.

Data Protection

We implement robust security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption: Passwords, security answers, and children’s names are securely encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
• Access Control: Children’s data is accessible only to the practitioner who created the record.
• Secure Storage: Data is stored securely on servers with encryption for sensitive information.
• Data Transmission: While we secure data upon receipt, transmission over the internet carries inherent risks.
